Our CEO and Creative Director, Nazar Malets, wants to share a thought on what he calls the “Exhibition Scenario.” For him, preparation is the most important stage of any trade show. It’s where you define your goals, assign roles, and build a clear, aligned plan.

Start by asking the right questions:

What results do you want from the exhibition?

Who is your audience?

Are you presenting your company as a whole or focusing on a specific product?

What’s the key message?

And who in the team does what - from greeting visitors to following up after the show?

When every team member knows their role, your presence becomes structured, intentional, and far more effective. Choose a partner who understands your business and marketing goals - someone who offers thoughtful solutions, not just builds a stand.

And most importantly -  don’t wait. Start communicating early, let people know you’ll be there, and book meetings in advance. Preparation takes time, but it’s what transforms participation into real results.
